Never give promises on behalf of the company that haven’t been announced publicly and officially.

A leader must understand that lying to clients is a wrong way to success. The path of deception and lies will never lead to success and social recognition. On the contrary, a lie will block many ways in life for a person. Honesty has always been considered one of the most important human virtues in all cultures. For us, at Global InterGold, honesty is one of the foundations on which all our extensive global activities are based on.

Promotion

I promise to promote to clients all the terms of cooperation with the company honestly.

In life it often happens that information important to us is not available. Commonly, just a lucky chance, perseverance and good intentions of other people help us learn something that can change our lives for the better. There is so much noise around us that people need help to get and understand the signals that are important to them. This means that the leader must show perseverance to reach out to our clients through the noise of the environment and convey the importance of financial security. It is itself impossible, but when the leader actively promotes the goal of our company: the achievement of Financial Security for our clients and their families, then it becomes possible.

Communication with the company

I promise that all my personal views related to the disagreement about the actions of the company or its management, I will express in written form, indicating all the facts that I have. Any such communication with the company on this issue will remain strictly confidential.

A leader must minimize those actions that could harm the reputation of company, its executives, shareholders, partners, and employees. That is why all the controversial matters or unclear issues should be discussed by the leader with an authorized person in the company and kept confidential. By showing disagreement or disapproval, the leader may put the company’s reputation at risk before even clarifying all the queries.

In case of obtaining a specific order or instruction from the company related to any sub-optimal situation, I undertake to perform it as accurately and effectively as possible.

A leader must understand the main priorities in the daily activities. If a situation requires the leader’s immediate action, then this is exactly what the leader is expected to do - act quickly, accurately and efficiently.

I promise to focus on the interests of the client, and not on the position: I'm interested in such questions as "why?" and "why not?" I promise to seek mutual interests with the client; explain to clients the importance of the company's interests, products and services.

In our experience, this is the only reliable path for a leader to achieve success. Those leaders who follow this path, become winners in life and enjoy life to the fullest. Those who follow the opposite path, hide themselves in the shadow of defeat and settle for less than they deserve.
